If you can not keep an appointment, please understand that without prior written notice until latest 96h (4 work days) prior to appointment in case of endoscopy and 48h (2 working days) in case of any other examination we charge administrative costs of  € 200,- in case of endoskopy and € 150.-. in case of other examinations.
